Designing for end consumers in the US, I helped shape product direction and features for super power
users on the Wing app:
• Make repeat purchase easier (increase order volume)
• Purchase multiple items (increase cart value)
• Expedite checkout (increase conversion)
This was an open-ended project that was both challenging and inspiring for the PM and me. Aiming to
lift the order volume OKR, we dove deep into product analytics and talking to users. We then discovered
not only“super power users” account for 37% order volume, but also there were no features that better
help them shop. Therefore, we ended up focused on the bundle feature that can expedite their habitual
repurchase.
