Designing for end consumers in the US and Australia, I helped address the following user pain points and business problems:
• Lack of store closure communication
• Lack of store reopen communication
• Incomplete checkout at the end of the business hours
While collaborating with 1PM and 2 ENG, I also led the research to uncover more user needs and validate several design choices. Additional alignment and scope priority were made to balance launch timeline, ENG resources, and design solutions. This project is being implemented and expects upticks on retention, conversion with 5m until store closes, and # return purchase after closure.
